WHO ARE WE? We are backcountry skiers.

We go into the backcountry to hit specific lines we like to ski.  Most are ATES  3-complex lines with at least one to two hours or more of skinning to get too and are considered double to triple black diamond lines.  

The Blackcomb lines are famous lines such as “DOA” purported to be the longest resort accessible couloir in North America.  It's a 40º-45º narrow couloir that is great if you’re the first three people through it, but it can also become an icey death slide thus the name!   

Backcountry skiers that get into the Blackcomb backcountry know these lines and it's a badge of honor to say you’ve skied them because they are not easy to get too and they can be intimidating for those that do them for the first time.  

Now you can immortalize your determination by wearing it on your  t-shirt...a shirt that reminds you that you got it done.  Your one of those that earn our turns!  

In addition to those ski lines, we're interested in the various snow formations…sastrugi, penitentes, crevasses, etc.  These  are interesting images and conversation starters and share the miracle of snow..
